Casa Super Shred HIIT Yoga (60 minutes)

The first half of this class is the same as the Shred HIIT Yoga, cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) created by fitness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. You’ll experience a full body, cardio workout that takes vinyasa yoga as a starting point.  The second half is bodyweight strength training. Each class will focus on either full body or specific areas eg core, legs and bum or arms etc.

The first 30 minutes is a cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) created by fitness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. You’ll experience a full-body, cardio workout that takes vinyasa yoga as a starting point. 

This low impact workout is kind to your body, with amazing results. 

The second 30 minutes is bodyweight strength exercises.
