Casa Super Shred HIIT Yoga (30 minutes)

Casa Shred is a cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) created by fitness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. You’ll experience a full-body, cardio workout that takes vinyasa yoga as a starting point.

This low impact workout is kind to your body but with amazing results. Usually, this would be taught in a class setting but 1-2-1s are also available.
